The Film Package includes your camera with a film roll installed and ready to shoot. The Camera Only option ships without film — you can add rolls to your order anytime.

The mndr35 is our own reusable 35mm camera, available in 6 colors plus special editions. The Kodak Charmera is a licensed Kodak keychain-size camera we stock in 2 options. Both shoot real film — pick based on your style.

Yes — the mndr35 has a built-in flash, perfect for night outs and indoor shots.

A standard 36-exposure roll gives you 36 shots (sometimes a bonus frame or two if you load carefully).

Standard 35mm film — the most widely available film format. Any 35mm roll (ISO 200 or 400 recommended) will work.

Any photo lab that processes 35mm film. In Cairo and most major cities there are several labs — DM us on Instagram and we'll point you to ones we trust near you.

Yes, we stock 35mm film rolls on the website. Film rolls are non-returnable once the seal is opened.

The winding wheel will stop advancing and the frame counter will show you've hit the end. Don't force it — rewind and take it to a lab.

Yes — free of charge within 3 days of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. After that, our return policy applies.

Yes, you'll receive tracking details once your order ships. If anything looks stuck, message us with your order number.

Yes, within 14 days of delivery. If it's unused with no film installed, you'll receive a refund minus EGP 350 shipping and handling. If film was installed or used, an additional EGP 799 film fee applies. See our Return & Cancellation Policy page for full details.

Manufacturing defects are covered for 3 months from delivery — full refund or replacement, and we cover return shipping. Send us photos or a short video and your order number.

Damage from misuse — drops, water, sand, forcing the mechanisms, or opening the camera mid-roll. Check the guide that comes with your camera to keep it safe.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging — we'll replace or refund it in full, free of charge.
